Well, It is been 2 days since i decided (read I had to) start writing down my story. Life is tough and shit happens, so within next 3 months I will start to report all my interesting experience from being a doctoral student ( Ph.D candidate sounds much better) abroad. It would not be such a big deal because many of Ph.D students are working abroad, however, sine i come from Poland, the story written here might be at least funny for more experienced researchers, who also had to pass "doctor of philosophy" period in their lives.
